We Find Your Candidates

A senior recruiter leads the search, directly headhunting top performers, while a junior recruiter runs sponsored job posts across every major global platform.

From there, we screen up to 1,000 applicants per role. Each candidate goes through skill assessments, multiple interview rounds, and reference checks. By the time they reach you, they’ve already cleared every filter.

In about 14 business days, you’ll receive 2 to 3 finalists, representing the top ~0.2% of applicants, each rigorously vetted for both skill and cultural fit.

How much does it cost?

We charge a placement fee equal to 30% of first year's salary for each successful pairing. If you decide not to hire, you don’t pay anything! So it’s completely risk-free to you.

How do you find the top 1% of talent?

Finding talent is no easy task - Our local recruitment teams are experts at finding the best possible talent in a sea of applicants. We have a series of strict assessments, real-world tests, interviews, and trainings to ensure our talent are real superstars. It’s our superpower!

We also run paid ads, post on local job boards, and even reach out to talent who aren’t actively looking for jobs. Our suite of tech tools allows us to identify talent that perfectly meets your needs.

How much is their salary going to be?

It depends on the position, responsibilities, and experience needed. Each candidate sets their own expectation of salary which can be negotiated before onboarding. We find that most positions get filled for $800-$1200 per month.

Is there a guarantee on talent quality?

Yes. We offer a 3 month satisfaction guarantee - meaning if your new hire doesn’t work out within those 90 days, we will find you a replacement at zero cost to you.
